Saville Assessment is a leader in creating cutting-edge psychometric tools that support businesses in finding, assessing, and developing talent. As part of our mission, we continuously innovate and refine our digital assessment solutions, which serve leading organizations around the world.
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Lead Developer who will play a critical role in guiding the technical direction of our assessment platform, while also actively participating in development activities.
This hands-on position combines strategic leadership with practical software engineering, requiring strong architectural vision and expertise in software design. The Architect / Lead Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, enhance, and scale our digital assessment solutions, ensuring they are secure, high-performing, and future-ready.
